Policy
Saving Grace receives your
personal information only for our internal ministry use. Your
information is never given to third parties under any
circumstances without your express permission. Your information
is entered into our database and is accessible only by
authorized ministry personnel who understand and adhere to our
privacy policy. If you become a member or frequent attender of
our congregation your basic contact information will be included
in our printed church directory, which is only circulated within
our congregation, but is not entirely secure. Further, if you
become a member or frequent attender of our congregation you may
be given password protected access to our database. At that
time your basic contact information* and any other personal
information you choose to share** will be made available online
to other users with password access. If you provide Saving
Grace with more phone numbers or addresses than you would like
made available to the other members/attenders of our
congregation you may designate which one(s) are to be
'un-listed.' If at any time you wish to be removed from our
directory and/or mailing lists, or to make portions of your
information inaccessible, Saving Grace will without reservation
remove or restrict access to your information***.

** "information you choose to
share" refers to information you provide via the password
protected, user accessible web interface to our database: You
are given the option of providing more detail concerning your
personal information for the purposes of creating a vibrant and
connected church family. You, however, assume control and
responsibility over what information is shared and who has
access to it.
*** in the cases of information
shared in printed directories of members and frequent attenders
according to the above outlined criteria, we cannot guarantee
that any information either improperly or incorrectly included
can be corrected or recovered due to the nature of printed
media.
