Welcome to Saving Grace Lutheran Church’s Children Ministry!

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for
the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
                                                                                 2 Timothy 4:12

At Saving Grace Lutheran Church we strive to provide a Sunday School program for our students that equips them to be Christian leaders and teaches them to depict the love of Christ in all aspects of their life. We provide a nurturing enviornment that reaches the needs of all of the families at Saving Grace. We offer two Sunday School programs; a traditional Sunday School setting that meets after our 8:00am services and a contemporary Sunday School setting that meets during the 10:30am contemporary service. In the 10:30am setting, children will begin worship with their parents and be dismissed after a children’s message from Pastor Tim. Children will return to church to commune with their family and close with worship.

We are excited to work with our families and share in the ministry of teaching the word of God
to our students and we hope that you can join us Sunday.

10:30am Sunday School

Starting January 8th, 2017 our 10:30am little kids will begin the unit entitled “A Baby and a Bush.” Together we will learn that we do not have to be big to do great things. In this unit, kids will learn about the life of Moses, from his miraculous safety after birth to his encounter with the burning bush.

Starting January 8th, 2017 our 10:30am older kids will begin the unit on Bullying. Bullying is one of the most prominent issues young people face and it happens on a daily basis. “The Incident” will take a look at a bullying situation at a school. Through it students will be able to identify bullying, what motivates it and how to change it in their schools and lives.
