Our Values

Want a
SIMPLE LIFE?
At
Saving Grace,
we want a SIMPLE
CHURCH…
Is your life hectic & over-scheduled? It’s easy
for churches to do that too! At Saving Grace,
our number one thing is helping people get
CONNECTED to JESUS! The last thing we want to
do is add something more to your life to get you
busy and take you away from God!
So we’ve devised a
SIMPLE
way of looking at life and church! It’s
captured in the graphic above depicting a
triangle with three
SIMPLE
words around it:
UP-IN-OUT.
We believe that it’s important for people to
focus their energy and invest their time in
these three ways:
1.
UP
– Loving
God
Are you CONNECTED to JESUS? Maybe you need to
take the FIRST STEP and be baptized? Maybe
you’re baptized but you need to develop your
relationship with God and learn more about
Him. Are you attending
WORSHIP
regularly? As Christians we show our devotion
to God by spending time with Him each week. At
Saving
Grace we want to help you grow as a child
of God by providing worship services, as well as
prayer and discipleship opportunities that allow
you to REACH UP to God on Sunday and every day
of the week.
2.
IN
– Loving
People
Did you realize that the Church is the Bride
of Christ? So many people today believe they
can be “lone-ranger” Christians. At
Saving
Grace we believe that as Christians we
are called to love and be in relationship with
the people of God. Are you connecting with 5 to
7 other Christians on a regular basis that
know you and care about you? Our
“LIFE CIRCLE”
Small Groups are a great way to connect
with Christians who can help you grow and
support you in your walk with the Lord
3.
OUT
– Serving
The World
At Saving
Grace we believe that we are the hands
and feet of Christ. Just as Jesus came to seek
the lost and serve those in need, so do we seek
to REACH OUT and serve. In this way we are
doing the work of Jesus by serving the practical
needs of our community and at the same time
giving witness to the power and love of God. We
call this SERVANT
EVANGELISM. We hope you’ll join us
in sharing these practical expressions of Jesus’
love.
